Amber has been a part of the The Well community and its roots since 1995. She and her husband, Martin, served together as youth leaders in the church and were married in 2003. Amber received a BA in International Relief and Development and certification to Teach English as a Second Language from North Central University in Minneapolis. She became a credentialed Associate Pastor at The Well in 2015, with Martin serving on the Deacon Board. Amber stepped out in faith answering God's call to become the Lead Pastor of The Well in July 2019. She enjoys teaching others how to really dig into God's Word. Amber also is bi-vocational (has a second job in the community) and works in the Mental Health field. As a parent of a child with Down syndrome, Amber enjoys celebrating and elevating the special needs community in the church. She also has a passion to see others come to Christ through evangelism in urban and world missions. Lastly, she has a heart for prayer and believes we can know the heart of God deeply in this way. She believes that only out of the overflow of knowing God in a personal way, true ministry and life change takes place.
Raul has been a part of The Well since attending youth group in 1998 with his brother, former Lead Pastor, Ricardo Arredondo. It was during a worship service that Raul came to know the Lord. This ignited a passion in him to teach and lead others to God through worship. Raul desires to see people enter into the presence of God and develop a lifestyle of worship. Raul became the Worship Director at The Well in 2008 and has participated in Worship U's online courses through Bethel Church, Redding, CA. He met his wife, Alyssa, at The Well and they were married in 2009. Raul joined the pastoral team in November 2019.
Suzanne is a former pastor with the Church of the Nazarene and has a BS in Counseling Psychology. In May 2020, she felt specifically called to serve in Mt. Clemens. After following the Holy Spirit’s leading, she began to minister to those at a former bus stop on 23 Mile & Gratiot. She later became connected with The Well and began using the church building to serve those experiencing homelessness and poverty in the community. Over time, Pastor Suzanne found herself aligning more and more with the Assemblies of God doctrine all while being given support to minister to her friends throughout Macomb County both on and off the streets. After much prayer, she accepted the invitation to join The Well pastoral team and pursue credentials with the Assemblies of God. She is happily married to her husband, John, and they have three adult daughters, two granddaughters, and two grandsons. She enjoys reading, writing, knitting, crocheting, and fellowshipping with both Christ followers and those seeking Christ.
