  • Amber Sultes - Lead Pastor

    Pastor Amber has been a part of the The Well community and its roots since 1995. She and her husband, Martin, served as youth leaders and were married in 2003. Amber is a graduate of North Central University in Minneapolis with a BA in International Relief and Development with certification to Teach English as a Second Language. She became an Associate Pastor at The Well in 2015, with Martin serving on the Deacon Board for many years. Amber became the Lead Pastor in July, 2019. She enjoys celebrating and elevating special needs community in the church, world and urban missions, and teaching others to understand God's Word. The Sultes Family resides in Clinton Township.

  • Raul Arredondo III - Worship Director

    Raul has been a part of The Well since attending youth group with his brother, former Lead Pastor Ricardo Arredondo, in 1998. It was during a worship service that Raul came to know the Lord. This ignited a passion in him to learn and lead others to God through worship. Raul desires to see people enter the presence of the Lord and live a lifestyle of worship unto Him. He became the Worship Director in 2008. He has participated in Worship U's online courses through Bethel Church in Redding, CA. He met his wife, Alyssa, at The Well and they were married in 2009. Raul and Alyssa reside in Warren with their two children. 

  • rYAN & SHELLY DEFAUW - HYDRO KIDS MINISTRY

    Ryan and Shelly Defauw became our Hydro Kids ministry leaders in 2019. These fearless, fun leaders have a big heart for children and it shows, by incorporating interactive Bible Lessons and even science experiments! Ryan and Shelly have been a part of The Well's ministry (and Shelly, it's roots) for many years and fully committed themselves to the Lord as young adults. Ryan and Shelly have been married 8 years and their growing family resides in Warren.

  • OFFICIAL bOARD


    The Deacons function under the leadership of the Pastor and are to assist the Pastor in various ways, including making themselves available for advice and counsel. They serve for the good of the church and handle routine and administrative business of the church as directed by the Pastor, except in matters otherwise specified in the Bylaws. The Deacons, along with the Lead Pastor, serve as the Official Board of The Well.
